I think this book is terrific! Everything is so authentic: the photos really convey what's going on, the situation is such a typical dog scenario, and it has such a clear parallel in kid's relationships to siblings and friends. The text is simple, short, and yet so clear. I love the book and will use it with my kindergartners right away!
