Idioms are often hard to explain and harder for students to understand. I thought your illustrations were very appropriate and comical for the idioms you included. My only suggestion is that you add all of the underlined words to your glossary. There were two that I clicked on that were not there. Thank you for sharing this fine job!

We read this book in my 8th grade English class and it is so refreshing to find a resource that addresses idioms at this level. Idioms are usually covered much earlier in a students academic career and unless they are continually reviewed, students often forget their meaning. Have some words hyperlinked for further study is an added plus! As are the pictures, they help to add a visual for those visual learners.
