Help chidlren talk about new words by showing them examples.

Extension Activity:

Teachers can bring in clothing made from wool that children might wear such as hats, mittens, and sweaters. Hang them from a clothes line. Bring in yarn to show them how we knit or crochet items from wool.

Parents can ask children to identify articles of clothing that are made of wool.
