Upon going to www.prezi.com, you can find this screen for the options for Prezi.
The free option works fine and is very useful for most applications.
Sign up and follow the instructions. You can add bubbles, write in the bubbles (including links) and direct the arrows between the bubbles.
Once you map out your presentation, you can use the presentation tools to show the flow of the diagram you just made.
