Glossary

The hearing decision may be appealed for the following reasons only:

(1) a procedural error unfairly and materially affected the outcome of the case

2) evidence has been discovered that was not reasonably available at the time of the hearing

(3) there was a clear abuse of discretion on the part of the University Academic Integrity Council.
