To go or come up an object by using your hands and feet.

To move through the air under control.  Birds use their feathers to fly.

Something that has great value and effect on other people.  

To move through the water by using your hands and feet.  Some animals use fins or a tail to move through the water.

Something that is difficult.  It can also mean something that causes you pain or disturbance.

When something is explained to you and you learn more about it, you are developing an understanding.
