The Spouting Horn of Kauai

In ancient times, just as today, the Poipu area of Kauai was one of the most beautiful beach areas.
However, roaming the area was the Mo'o, a giant lizard with supernatural powers. The Mo'o refused to let anyone swim in the area and chased away everyone who tried.
One day a brave boy named Liko decided to challenge the Mo'o, and he came up with a plan.
Liko found the Mo'o and fought it. During the fight, Liko's club got stuck in the Mo'o's mouth, forcing it open and wide.
Liko dove into the water and swam towards the reef.
Liko spotted a lava tube in the reef and swam into it.
The Mo'o followed Liko into the lava tube, but it got stuck there as Liko climbed out onto the reef.
And there, the Mo'o remains to this day trapped in the lava tube, spewing it's angry breath high into the sky.
