meet the crew

Exploring on a routine science mission, our crew of four in their cloud scout ship were swept up in a freak solar wind storm.

The crew knocked unconscious, is buffeted and tumbled by the storms energies

Unsure of how much time has passed, they begins to stir.

Let's meet the crew of our intrepid craft.  First to wake up is Fely, the First Officer and Chief Scientist.  Next to waken is Captain Jill.  Paul, the ship’s Engineer wakes up third.  Finally, Jennifer, the Navigator and Communications officer is roused from her sleep.

“Captain,” Fely said.  “Sensors indicate the ship is unharmed, though low on fuel,” she continued.

“Is everyone all right?” asked Captain Jill.

“I’m OK,” replied Paul and Jennifer simultaneously.

“Let’s everyone get to their stations and check the condition of our equipment,” commanded Captain Jill.

Captain Jill asked, “Jennifer, are we receiving any communication from the people of this planet?”

“Yes, captain, we are,” replied Jennifer.

“It sounds like a radio broadcast from a place called Cuba,” Jennifer continued.

“Perhaps we should take a closer look and see if these people from Cuba can help us figure out where we are,” suggested Fely.

“The planet seems to be surrounded by a web of data that is world wide,” interjected the ship’s Engineer.

“I have built an interface that allows our ships computer to access this data,” Paul continued.

“I believe I can access more information about Cuba that may help us decide if it is safe to land,” he went on.
