Group of Policemen

Two men fighting in the street

Long, long time ago, a day at a neighborhood called the Roosevelt in California, two men got into a fight. It later got out of control that one man decided to pull out a gun.

A policeman appears

Right at the time when a man was pulling out a gun, a police officer encountered the situation from nearby. However, he was unarmed, as his weapons for self-defense were in the police car which was parked 100 feet away. He indeed felt in need to get them, but he thought that there was not enough time. Therefore, he decides to run to where the men were and tried to stop the fight.

A police officer

Because the police officer was unarmed, he had to be very careful.

"Sir, please. Leave the gun aside and tell me what is happening", said the police officer.

"I picked up a hunderd dollar bill, and he is arguing that it is his when he wasn't even around", said the man with the gun.

"I must have dropped it while I was going to a work place" said the other man.

"Then the hundred dollar bill would not have been sitting here for 6 hours, would it?" a man with the gun replied.

The temper was rising, and the police officer had to do something before the gun was fired.

A police car

The police officer had no choice but to come up with a lie.

He then decided to solve this problem by asking the man with the gun to rather sell the gun to the police officer for hunderd dollars.

The man agreed and handed the gun to the officer.

The officer then quickly and safely handcuffed both men and was able to return to the station securely.
