Ideas - The Brainstormer

This application allows students to spin a wheel to generate three random words in a hope to inspire ideas for your students to write about!



Organization - Prezi

Students are able to use the tools within Prezi to organize their thoughts into a web or map. This will allow the students to organize their thoughts before writing thier stories out. 



Voice - Toontastic

Electronic Puppet theater! Students are able to create their own stories and add animation to the characters in their story. With this application students are able to bring their stories to life!

 



Sentence Fluency - Dragon Dictation

Reluctant writers can talk to the iPad and have their dictations turned into words and text. This is a great application to start students on their way to becoming solid writers. 



Word Choice - Mad Libs

Kids love Mad Libs!! Playing Mad Libs is a wonderful way to learn and practice the differnt parts of speech. 



Conventions - Painless Grammar Challenge

This game is a fun way to review grammar. While playing in this application students are given four sentences and they have to choose the correct one. When they reach a certain score on the main app, they are able to play a game impeded withing the app itself.
