When I am Feeling Mad 




 

Sometimes I feel mad . That is okay. Everyone gets mad every once and a while. 



I can tell I am feeling mad when I start breathing heavy.



When I am feeling mad, I should close my eyes and take slow deep breaths. 



After I am done counting to ten, I can find my teacher or parent and tell them how I am feeling. 



In a calm voice, I would say, " I am feeling mad." Then, I would tell them what made me mad. 



Whoever I am talking with can help me think of ways to calm down and think of strategies   to aviod   the problem that made me feel mad. 



I am learning how to stay calm when I am feeling mad.
