When you look outside your window and the sun is not shining it is usually cloudy outside. Clouds fill up the skies and it has a grey and gloomy effect. When it is cloudy outside it is not always cold or hot, it could be one or the other.
When the you look outside and the sun is shining bright it is sunny outside! When it is sunny, it is a good time to go tanning. Sometimes it is sunny and cold at the same time. Sometimes it is sunny and hot at the same time. The sun shines the most in the summer time.
When you look outside your window and it is wet outside it is usually raining. Sometimes when it rains it turns into a thunderstorm. When it is raining outside you will need an umbrella so you won't get wet. On rainy days I like to stay inside the house and relax.
When you look outside your window and the trees are blowing it is windy outside. It can be windy at any time during the day. The wind can be so strong that it can knock things over. When it is windy outside it might be fun to go fly a kite!
When you look outside and there are small white flakes falling from the sky it is snowing. It only snows in the winter time but it doesn't snow in all places. The snow is very cold but a lot of people enjoy the snow. When it is snowing it is a great time to go sledding!
