First Snow for Juan

“Mami, come see, come see!” Juan shouted.  “What is happening outside?”

“It’s snow!” said Mami.

Can we go outside?” Juan asked.

Sure, let’s go get dressed,” said Mami.

“I’m ready to go play in the snow!” said Juan.

Snow  is cold.  Come feel.  Do you think you’ll need warmer  clothes?” Mami asked.

Juan said excitedly, “I know what to put on.”

“Juan, your head’s going to get cold,” Mami said.

Juan, your hands are going to get cold,” Mami said.
