When I Am Upeset



Sometimes I feel really upset. 



When I am upset, I can take a deep breath, ask to take a break, or squeeze my hands together.



It is not okay to hurt myself, yell, or run away from my teacher.



If I use my words and tell my teacher when I am upset, she can help me feel better.



If I don't feel well, I can use my words and my device to tell my teacher.



If I use my words when I am upset, it makes my teacher happy!
