THE JOURNEY
It was a hot saturday afternoon. I was playing a game of soccer with some of my friends. It was a close game then arman hit a hard kick right past the goal post. As I went to go see it I found that it was stuck in a pot hole. I called my friends over to check it out. little timmy johnson said we should dig and see whats under it. then arman replied thats what your mom said to me last night. everyone laughed, but little timmy was serious so we thought it would be fun to play alittle prank on little tmmy. So i got the shovels and we started digging about five minutes later pedro hit something! Timmy was crazy he even started to run around the field saying i told you so. we brushed off the last bit of dirt and it said on this old wooden trap door. WARNING THIS IS THE JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH. Later that night Arman and I deciphered the writing on the trap door. Well we think it means WARNING this is the journey to the center of the earth! This seemed like fun so we all went home that night packing for our adventure to the center of the earth. I packed a three day suply of food and water. i also brang a small pick axe and my dads pistol just in case there were monsters or alans mom.
The next morning.
we all met out side the hole at about 9:00. we all had scared expressions because under the words was a skull and cross bones.
We entered the trap door one by one it was a very narrow hole.
