It was a beautiful early spring day in the South Watuppa Pond.

Flash, the Froglet and Tide, the Tadpole were chilling out, playing fun froggy games.

Suddenly, out from behind the algae, an enormous snapping turtle attacked Flash and Tide.

“Hurry Tide, Hurry! Dive down into the muck!” said Flash as he hid himself.

A frightened Tide said, “Whoa that was close. I’m not as fast as you.”
 
“Your time will come,” said Flash.

A week later, Flash and Tide were eating a snack, taking a break from their fun froggy games. A big mouth bass swam towards them thinking, “LUNCH!”

Tide said, “Whoa, that was close. I can’t jump like you.”

A week later, Flash and Tide were playing their fun froggy game of frog kicking when they heard kid voices and saw a white net swooping into the water.

A week later, Flash and Tide were playing their fun froggy game of swim races, when they saw a shadow and a beak slice into the water.

A week later, Flash and Tide were playing their froggy fun game of leap frog when a slippery, slithering water snake glided their way.
