The Lunch Time Term Paper

It was just a regular day of school as I roamed the halls. During my study hall period I was admiring the table of girls to my right and catching up on the hot gossip by eavsdropping on their conversations. I overheard one of them mention our english term paper that is worth half our grade. I instantly tore through my bookbag and opened up my agenda and there it was circled in red letters... "Paper Due!"
How will I ever get this paper done in time? I have lunch and then english, as I started to think about how summer school wouldn't be so bad. I began to look around. The lunch ladies were beginning to prepare the meal for the students who would be rushing in shortly. All of whom who were way to hungry to realize how bad the food was.
Then it hit me! I dont know if it was how evil the lunch lady looked in her hair net, or if the green jello jiggling really looked as if it were alive, but inspiration struck me. This was a creative writing story and all I had to do was look around and create a story.
My pencil flew across the pages as I wrote about diabolical lunch ladies set out to poison the student with the cafeteria food. I wrote about there potions being able to control the minds of students and them creating an army of students to overthrow the school so the lunch ladies could run it. I kept looking at the clock as I wrote and I had realized I was late for class. Luckily I had just finished the last sentance, but I had no time to proofread or edit. I began to head for class.
I sprinted through the halls to my english class and bursted through the door holding my paper in my hand. "Im here! I have it!" The class seemed to chuckle at my demenor as the teacher took the paper from my hand... "This is a very interesting story. I am guessing you just wrote it at lunch?"
"What? No I slaved over that paper all day and night." I exclaimed.
"Well, why dont you take another night to slave, and fix the typos," the teacher said. "The paper is due Friday, today is Thursday.
