“Mami, come see, come see!” Juan shouted. “What is happening outside?”
“It’s snow!” said Mami.
“Can we go outside?” Juan asked.
“Sure, let’s go get dressed,” said Mami.
“Snow is cold. Come feel. Do you think you’ll need warmer clothes?” Mami asked.
“Juan, your head’s going to get cold,” Mami said.
“Juan, your hands are going to get cold,” Mami said.
Juan said excitedly, “I know what to put on.”
“Juan, your feet are going to get cold,” Mami said
“Hold on, I think you need one more thing,” said Mami.
“A sled! Oh, thank you, Mami,” said Juan.
