Nick was excited about starting Kindergarten.

Nick sat next to a girl named Sarah. Nick said, “Hi.” Sarah waved.

Nick liked Sarah, and decided he wanted to play cars with her during free time.

Nick was so excited to make a new friend that he could not sit still. Ms. Morgan had to remind him to, “Sit still.”

Free time, at last! Nick ran to Sarah and told her to play cars with him.

Sarah shook her head and held up a doll.

Nick was very upset. He held the car near Sarah’s face. Then he told Sarah again that he wanted to play cars with her now.

Nick got very angry and pushed Sarah. Sarah started to cry.
