Washing Hands

To stay healthy and not get sick

Hand washing is the perfect fix

The soap and water wash the germs away

And clean hands are here to stay!



Sleep

Go to bed early, don't stay up late

You will have more energy and feel really great.

Sleeping allows your body to rest

You need enough to feel your best!


Brushing Your Teeth

Brushing teeth at least twice a day,

Will help to keep the cavities away.

Brush gently in circles and up and down,

Too get rid of germs; and you can smile, not frown!

 

 




Good Food Choices

Choosing foods from many food groups is wise,

How much of each depends on the size

Eat more from the veggies, grains and meats

and stay away from too much sugar and treats!


Exercise

When you are bored go outside and play

You should run, jump and exercise everyday

Your body needs to stretch and move

Sixty minutes a day, get in the groove!
