The Rainbow Fish

In the middle of the deep blue sea there lived a fish. The fishes scales had every color from deep blues and greens with sparkling silver scales.

All the fish in the sea wanted to be friends with the beautiful fish, they called the fish rainbow fish. The rainbow fish would swim by and let his scales shimmer.

As the rainbow fish swam around a blue fish followed her. The little blue fish called, "Rainbow Fish wait for me! Please give me one of your shiny scales. I want to be pretty like you"

"Why would I give you one of my special scales? Get away from me."

The sad blue fish swam away and told his friends what the rainbow fish had said. After that no fish swam near the rainbow fish, they swam the other way when she came near.

The rainbow fish swam around and found the octopus who told her "I've been waiting for you." The octopus told the rainbow fish, "share a scale with each of the other fish, you will then discover how to be happy."

The little blue fish swam back and pleaded with the rainbow fish, "please don't be angry. I just want one little scale." The rainbow fish thought about it and he wouldn't miss just one.
