Computer ready for use.
The computer i waiting for a student to use!

I’m Corey. I help students get research for class projects. Here comes Steve now, he has a lot of work he needs to do. I am always happy to help students.

Steve is looking up a book the class just read together. He is being very safe with the websites he chooses. It looks like I have a pop-up! No Steve, do not click on it!

Computer got a virus.
The computer now has a virus! Oh no!

Oh no, Steve clicked the link that he should not have clicked. I am now worried. I hope everything turns out okay for me so I can keep helping students. Oh no! I have a virus! I know Steve was careful, but one small mistake is all it takes.

Now I am having a lot of issues and Steve cannot figure out why I am not working right. Oh good, Mrs. Anderson is coming over to help Steve and I. I sure hope she can help us.

Oh boy, Mrs. Anderson sure knows what she is doing. She has given me an antivirus program. The antivirus will take the virus I just got and put it in a virus chest.

A happy computer can help you work better.

Now that the virus has been taken care of, I can be used again. Mrs. Anderson did a good job telling Steve how to avoid a virus . She also told him what to look for.

She told him to never click on pop-ups, because they can make a computer like me have many problems. I sure am happy Mrs. Anderson knew what to do so I can help students again!
