Nora saw big, orange umbrellas at the beach.

"Big" and "orange" are adjectives.



The seagulls quickly flew by Nora.

"Flew" is a verb.



Nora saw dolphins swimming in the water.

"In" is a preposition.



Nora built sandcastles with her shovel and pail.

"And" is a conjunction.



Oh no! The sun is setting, which means it is time for Nora to leave the beach.

"Oh no!" is an interjection.
