Webspiration allows teachers and students to create online mind maps and outlines.

This can be used in Education in many ways. It is perfect for helping students organize their thoughts in a presentable manner, and you could create many projects using this tool. Another interesting feature about this that would be very useful in education is the fact that once you have created your mind map, you can view an outline based on your mind map that can be used for an essay or any other piece of writing.

This tool could be extremely helpful to students who have trouble organizing their thoughts orginially and need a little push. It also makes brainstorming fun for students because they are able to do it online!
