I like the comprehension questions you incorporated at the bottom of each page. I also enjoyed the interactive pop ups which clarified vocabulary and symbolism. One suggestion I would make is to have the chapter be read aloud. By incorporating more audio, and making the chapter audio based, students could listen and follow along, instead of being required to read.
