Do your part to make your school a better place. If you see someone doing something wrong you should tell someone. Being a vocal person in your school makes it safe for everyone.

Being vocal means that you are using your voice to speak up in some way. If you see someone struggling with groceries, by asking them if they need help, you are being vocal.

A person is having trouble opening the door at the library. By being a good citizen, should you just wait until they get in the building or ask if they need your help to hold the door? Making the right choice is not always easy.

Often people are afraid to speak up because they don't want to hurt someone's feelings. Many times, a person who needs help is as afraid to ask as you are to see if they need it.
