Session 1: Introduction to UDL
- Pre-Assignment: UDL Videos (Teachers will watch each of the four videos listed below prior to the first meeting. Guiding questions will be provided for each video to give the teachers an idea of what will be discussed during the first session.)

- Session Discussion: Why use UDL? (Discussion this session will be centralized around what makes UDL lessons different and why a teacher would want to use the UDL framework when designing their lessons. )
- Session Activity: CAST Lesson Builder Example (Teachers will work together with the trainer to create an example of a UDL lesson using the CAST lesson builder. This example will be then be shared with participants to use as a resource when designing their own lessons.)
